Our first #empirerye has landed from @copperseadistilling. When you see the Empire Rye Seal on a bottle you know it is a minimum of 75% New York state rye in the bottle (higher than required to be called a rye whiskey), distilled to less than 161 proof, barreled at no more than 115 proof under and aged at least two years in new charred oak barrels. A concept we can get behind with so many companies not being transparent about what is in the bottle and where it came from. Be on the lookout for more Empire Ryes to hit our shelves soon.
Remember, you can taste early on Fridays or Saturdays, our bar opens at 3pm, kitchen opens at 5pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
