The sweet onion focaccia out of the oven. Some recipe tweeks paid off here. I mean that bottom! Geek out on that 😉

If you have not purchased one of these before, they are great at room temp but I highly recommend also trying it with a quick toast to crisp the outside.

It was Friday night during Lent. My mom picked up some Little Neck clams to eat I brought a pizza and, whammo... I am thinking we should bring a clam pie back. Maybe two - a red and a white option?
.
Personally, I am more a fan of raw oysters over raw clams but I rarely pass on a plate of pasta with white clam sauce (and do eat raw clams). I prefer chopped to whole clams when cooked for pasta (or pizza) and love the briney, garlicy flavor combo more than the clams themselves. I am totally ok with a ton of salty Romano as well. You?

For a clam pie- definitely prefer chopped and no hot red pepper flakes.

Happy Easter everyone!

We will be open today for pickups from 3pm to 8pm. Our online order system and phones go live at noon. There are no Sicilian pies today, sorry. I had a promising Sicilian dough experiment going that I let ferment way too long. Just not good.

The crust pics are included for motivation to get some pizza!
